PSMD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSTF3, TOP2A, and TOP2A_S1377. Each is linked with PSMD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD3 versus CSTF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
