PSMC1P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,129 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleotide metabolic process, Interstrand cross-link repair, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PSMC1P9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC1P9-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyrimidine nucleotide metabolic process grouped by PSMC1P9-low versus PSMC1P9-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
