Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMB5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with PSMB5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB5 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
