Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,977 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mononuclear cell migration, Regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction, and Regulation of production of molecular mediator of immune response. Each is linked with PSMA8 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA8 results are reported.
