Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,998 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAFD1, TTC16, and TMIGD2. Each is linked with PSMA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA8 versus TRAFD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
