Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMA1, PSMA3, and PSMA4. Each is linked with PSMA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA8 versus PSMA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
