Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 694 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP15, RNU6-949P, and MAPK6P6. Each is linked with PSMA8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA8 results are reported.
