Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DC, CD8+ naive T-cells, and pDC. Each is linked with PSMA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA8 results are reported.
