Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,907 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB9, STAT1, and IRF1. Each is linked with PSMA7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA7 results are reported.
