Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSMA7 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PSMA7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and READ show a favorable association.

UVM, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSMA7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
