PSMA6P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA6P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,738 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA6P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A9, AHNAK_S845, and DNMT3A. Each is linked with PSMA6P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA6P4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA6P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA6P4 versus S100A9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA6P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA6P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
