Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA6P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSMA6P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher PSMA6P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA6P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSMA6P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
