Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,341 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMX1, SUPT16H, and RCOR1. Each is linked with PSMA6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA6 versus TMX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
