Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,108 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, RRM2_S20, and SMC4. Each is linked with PSMA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA4 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
