Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,932 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C1, DDX42, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with PSMA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA2 versus GTF3C1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
