Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, TMEM176B, and TFAM. Each is linked with PSG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG8-to-partner and partner-to-PSG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSG8 versus DNAJC2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
