PSG8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, CDCA5, and TIAL1. Each is linked with PSG8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG8-to-partner and partner-to-PSG8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by PSG8-low versus PSG8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
