Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSEN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD7, ENTPD5, and MGP. Each is linked with PSEN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSEN1-to-partner and partner-to-PSEN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSEN1 versus BTBD7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
