PSD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO1L8P, HIRIP3, and BUB3. Each is linked with PSD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REXO1L8P grouped by PSD4-low versus PSD4-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
