Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRYP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRYP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKMY1, SATB2, and SKIV2L. Each is linked with PRYP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRYP6-to-partner and partner-to-PRYP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKMY1 grouped by PRYP6-low versus PRYP6-high in THCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRYP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRYP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
