Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRYP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRYP6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PRYP6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRYP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, THCA, and COAD are the cancer types where PRYP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
