Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,091 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL18A_S123, RPL5, and LARP4_S722. Each is linked with PRX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRX-to-partner and partner-to-PRX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRX versus RPL18A_S123 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
