Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1_pT70, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PRX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRX-to-partner and partner-to-PRX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PRX-low versus PRX-high in UCEC.
