Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,272 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Lipoprotein localization, and Negative regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRX in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRX-to-partner and partner-to-PRX results are reported.
