PRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH6A1, TMEM268, and CYB5D1. Each is linked with PRX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRX-to-partner and partner-to-PRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALDH6A1 grouped by PRX-low versus PRX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
