Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRTG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 501 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRTG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, OR5H8, and SULT2A1. Each is linked with PRTG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRTG-to-partner and partner-to-PRTG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRE3 grouped by PRTG-low versus PRTG-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRTG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRTG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
