PRSS8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,175 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERINC2, GNG2, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with PRSS8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS8-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS8 versus SERINC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
