PRSS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RPS29P32, and SSXP4. Each is linked with PRSS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS8-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by PRSS8-low versus PRSS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
