PRSS54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,164 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, BCL2L13_S420, and CLUAP1_S409. Each is linked with PRSS54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS54-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 versus WDR35 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS54→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
