Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS54 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS54-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and Ku80. Each is linked with PRSS54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS54-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS54 results are reported.
