Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRSS54-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBN2, CILP2, and TTC16. Each is linked with PRSS54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS54-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS54 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBN2 grouped by PRSS54-low versus PRSS54-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS54→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
