Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS54-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, HTN1, and CASP12. Each is linked with PRSS54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS54-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS54 results are reported.
