Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 152 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic electron transport chain, Thymine metabolic process, and ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with PRSS38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS38-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS38 results are reported.
