Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,084 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Obsolete histone methylation, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with PRSS37 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS37-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS37 results are reported.
