PRSS37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS37-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, RN7SL567P, and RPL23AP53. Each is linked with PRSS37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS37-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by PRSS37-low versus PRSS37-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS37→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
