Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,196 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Chiasma assembly, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with PRSS37 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS37-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS37 results are reported.
