PRSS37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRSS37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS37-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, IL9, and OR13C4. Each is linked with PRSS37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS37-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by PRSS37-low versus PRSS37-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS37→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
