PRSS35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,077 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, KANK2, and SORBS1. Each is linked with PRSS35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS35-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRSS35 versus ILK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
