Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP458, RNA5SP189, and RN7SL152P. Each is linked with PRSS33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS33-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS33 results are reported.
