Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRSS33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRSS33 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PRSS33 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRSS33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where PRSS33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
