PRSS21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 217 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS21-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, IGKV2D-10, and RNF166. Each is linked with PRSS21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS21-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by PRSS21-low versus PRSS21-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS21→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
