Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENTR1, RPUSD2, and CIAPIN1. Each is linked with PRSS16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS16-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS16 results are reported.
