PRSS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRSS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,552 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRSS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TK2, PSMD8, and SNX17. Each is linked with PRSS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRSS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRSS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRSS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRSS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
