Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRC2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, PRPF4, and BRD3. Each is linked with PRRC2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2B versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
