Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRRC2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SET, ATP6V1G1, and TRUB2. Each is linked with PRRC2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2B versus SET in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRRC2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRRC2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
