Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRRC2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRRC2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR103A1, ERI1, and MRPS11. Each is linked with PRRC2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRRC2B-to-partner and partner-to-PRRC2B results are reported.
