PRR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1_S714, MSH2, and PPM1G. Each is linked with PRR7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR7-to-partner and partner-to-PRR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR7 versus DNMT1_S714 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
