Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRR7 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PRR7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and READ show a favorable association.
LIHC, UVM, and MESO are the cancer types where PRR7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
