Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-718P, MIR548AQ, and CPVL-AS1. Each is linked with PRR32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR32-to-partner and partner-to-PRR32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
