LINC00265-2P

associated omics data
long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 265-2, pseudogeneGenealiases: NCRNA00265-2P · NCRNA00265B

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00265-2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00265-2P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00265-2P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, LINC00265-2P RNA expression shows 4,099 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight DLBC, LUSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC00265-2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes LINC00265-2P survival associations across molecular data types. LINC00265-2P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (9). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible LINC00265-2P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High LINC00265-2P expression shows unfavorable associations in DLBC, SKCM, THCA and COAD, but favorable associations in BRCA and UCS. The DLBC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify DLBC as the clearest survival context for LINC00265-2P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for LINC00265-2P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. LINC00265-2P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in LUSC and LUAD. The LUSC box plot shows higher LINC00265-2P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.013, t-test p = .046).
